Real estate alternative investment fund Generali Adriatic Value Fund II is structured as a Slovenian regulated Special Investment Fund without legal personality. The Fund is managed in compliance with AIFMD standards.
The Fund’s investment strategy focuses on identifying well-established, income-generating properties in market segments with strong fundamentals and significant growth potential.

Generali Real Estate CEE branch (GRE CEE) was founded in 2013, has 17 employees and coordinates all the real estate activities of the Generali Group across 8 Central and Eastern European markets.
GRE CEE has more than 130 assets. These assets are valued at approximately €1 230 million as od 2024.
